Training
The most critical part of our business is the training and education of our employees. Acceptance Capital has developed a comprehensive training program to help the loan originators improve their productivity and stay up to date on changes within the industry. We will be providing training on several levels:
  • Initial orientation – Must attend within 3 months of joining Acceptance.
  • Compliance training
  • Continuing education courses
  • On-site branch training
  • Business development
    Administrative Support
    One of the biggest hurdles facing branches today is the lack of administrative support. From payroll issues to loan status updates, Acceptance Capital provides a team of professionals to take care of all your customer service needs:
  • Branch Financials – each branch manager will receive up-to-date financials upon request to get a snap-shot of their current financial status.
  • Payroll – Acceptance Capital’s payroll department understand the importance of making sure your payroll is accurate and delivered on time. Acceptance Capital processes payroll weekly but also allows for “special” payrolls if you need your money sooner.
  • Licensing – Acceptance Capital will manage all branch licensing issues for you. To ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, and Local guidelines, Acceptance Capital will process all new locations and renewals for the branch.
